Gadot non-GMO Tri Sodium Citrate is produced using a unique process, Citric Acid is fermented from cane and beet sugar and reacted with Sodium Hydroxide without isolation of the Citric Acid.

Tri Sodium Citrate is used as a pH buffer in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries; as an anticoagulant agent in meat industry; stabilizes emulsified fat, and complexes calcium ions in the cheese industry and acts as a bio-degradable builder in detergents.

Tri Sodium Citrate, Dihydrate is available in 25-kg, and 50-lb PE lined bags as well as 1000-kg and 2,000-lb supersacks/big bags.
